  • Advised the Technology Services directorate of the Government Telecommunications agency in the initiation of overall strategic and enterprise architecture planning activities
  • Guided, directed and “sold” a major enterprise architecture program for NRC CISTI, a world-leading Scientific Research Library, leveraging the internet to improve customer service delivery and reduce costs over a future-orientated business process platform
  • Call-Centre Architecture, Process and Readiness review, for a major product group within Northern Telecom, to provide an Executive review regarding the groups capability to support  projected group growth
    • Successful study resulted in commissioning of similar engagements in eight additional product group
  • Formulated customised Y2K strategy for clients including the City of Ottawa, the Canadian Department of Agriculture and major Utilities, covering business applications and embedded systems, the creation of Year 2000 Program Offices and the selection of appropriate measures


  • Developed and implemented new Pre-Sales Qualification and Bid management processes with immediate winning results
